jdbby reserves the right to investigate and close a player's account under the following circumstances—
- If these terms and conditions are violated
- When there is clear evidence of fraudulent play or money laundering
- For security reasons during service maintenance
- When there is suspicion of a violation of applicable laws
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
3.1 Deposits
Accepted deposit methods at jdbby are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Funds are credited to your account almost instantly after a successful deposit. Please note that jdbby cannot be held responsible for failed transactions — you will need to contact your bank or payment provider directly.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification. The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
3.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
jdbby reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts due to banking checks or security reviews. Transactions suspected of involving money laundering may be suspended pending an investigation process.
3.4 Financial Responsibilities
For every deposit and withdrawal, the player must use only their own funds. Using a third party's bank card or top-up account is not permitted.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
jdbby's welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks. The 20,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 20 times (400,000 Ks) before it can be withdrawn.
Maximum example — if you deposit 620,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 920,000 Ks. The 300,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 20 times (6,000,000 Ks) before it can be withdrawn.
4.2 Bonus Restrictions
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonus funds may only be used by the account holder themselves.
- Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements.
- If jdbby suspects that a player is abusing a bonus for profit, jdbby reserves the right to cancel that bonus.

4.3 VIP Program
jdbby's VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze members can earn up to 0.2% cash back per week, with the rate increasing as you move up — Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.8%, Platinum 1.0%. jdbby will announce the criteria for moving up through the tiers.
Game Rules
5.1 Fair Play
Players must play every game strictly according to the correct rules. Software exploitation, use of hacking techniques, and unfair play that manipulates the game system (for example, bonus arbitrage) are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Game System Errors
If it becomes clear that a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, jdbby reserves the right to review and reverse the financial amounts related to that round. If a player believes they have been affected by an error, they must contact [email protected] immediately.
5.3 Game Progression
For football betting, even when match information is displayed accurately, only the originally confirmed data will be used to determine the result. Bets placed before a result correction is applied will not be refunded.
5.4 Respectful Play
Players must not use offensive language, make threats, or behave disrespectfully toward other players or staff in jdbby's Live Chat service or anywhere on the platform.
Liability & Limitations
6.1 Loss Liability
Playing on the jdbby platform involves the risk of financial loss. The player agrees to take full personal responsibility for all their gaming decisions. jdbby accepts no responsibility for any financial losses resulting from a player's gameplay.
6.2 Service Limitations
Technical issues such as temporary service interruptions, network outages, and server maintenance periods may occur. jdbby would like to inform players in advance that bets lost during such periods cannot be refunded. However, if a player can provide evidence that a game result was incorrect due to a server error, jdbby will review and consider the case.
6.3 Legal Protection
If a player uses this platform in violation of the laws of their country or region, jdbby considers all resulting legal issues to be the sole responsibility of that player.

Termination of These Terms
11.1 Termination by the Player
A player may request to close their jdbby account at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of closure can be withdrawn, and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
11.2 Termination by jdbby
If a violation of these terms is found, jdbby may close the player's account, void bonuses, and remove any winnings derived from that violation, without prior notice.
